"'Til I Die" is a song by American rock band the Beach Boys from their 1971 album Surf's Up...With autobiographical lyrics about death and hopelessness, it is one of the few songs in which both the words and music were written solely by Brian Wilson. (Wikipedia)

This is one of the most beautiful songs of all time. I love the way the chords undulate and wrap around the sense of hopeful resignation. I discovered it 10 years ago in college and the composition has lost none of its wonder.
